SHIPPING

ALL orders over $200.00 within Australia are shipped FREE FREIGHT.
All orders will be shipped by Australia Post overnight Express to all Capital Cities and Metro areas within Australia.  Please allow 2-3 days delivery if you reside outside these locations.

DDFC will track your freight for you and endeavour to have it arrive on time.

International orders will incur a freight charge. A representative of DDFC will contact the person placing an international order to advise of the shipping charge.

DDFC will pay the shipping charges for international orders that are over $400.00 .     This does not include any Customs duties or related charges.
 
 If the person placing an international order does not agree to the shipping charges then the order will be cancelled.
International orders will be shipped by FedEx or International Airmail.
FedEx to the USA, Canada 2-4 day service.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you find that any items or garments do not fit properly, we will exchange them on condition that:

§         The garment is sent back within 14 days of receiving it.

§         All labels and tags are still attached to the garment.

§         The garment has only been worn to try on for size

§         There are no marks or damaged material on garment.

§         You have not altered or changed the item in any way.

§         Original receipt must be included with the returned item.

§         The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs; we will exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, if it is available to us. If we are unable to exchange your correct size you may choose another item in our store to the same value of which your returned item is priced.

When you are exchanging an item we would appreciate an email before the product is sent back.   sales@dealdirectfashionclub.com.au

Pantyhose or stockings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please be aware to have underwear on when trying your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. In the case of exchanging the item, we trust that is has not been tried on incorrectly.

RETURNS

DDFC will accept returns of product that is faulty in manufacture or defective. All returns shipping costs are to be paid for by the member and DDFC will then send another same product at no cost to the member.

DDFC will exchange products for members on the basis of colour, size and style. Members will however pay all shipping costs in relation to exchanges other than for manufacturing faults or defects.  ie shipping costs for the return and resending of a different product

DDFC must be advised within 5 days of a defective product.

Refunds will be given in the form of a credit to the credit card used in the original transaction.  CASH WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED to the credit on the credit card.

Replacement goods will be sent to the member at no cost to the member.

Returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and packaging, unsoiled and unworn.

No goods will be accepted if they are soiled or worn.

Members wishing to return goods due to manufacturing defects or faults are to contact DDFC at sales@dealdirectfashionclub.com.auand obtain a return authorization number ( RAN ).  Goods not accompanied with RAN will not be accepted.

 Deal Direct Fashion Club ( DDFC ) and its affiliates recognise that your privacy is very important to you. Providing your personal information is an act of trust that we take very seriously. DDFC will not sell, trade, give or rent any information obtained from you to a third party. DDFC reserve the right that from time to time amend, update, or change this Statement.
