TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deal Direct Fashion Club ( DDFC ) offers an exchange policy on all products.

You are eligible for an exhange of products if any of the following occur

1.Products have been damaged or are incomplete.

2.You wish to exchange lingerie due to a sizing issue.

3.Incorrect products within the package.

4.Damaged in transit (or excessively late delivery).



Terms & conditions for exchange of items:

1. DDFC is notified within 5 days that there is a defect with the product.

2. Items are not worn or soiled

3. Items is accompanied with the original invoice & packaging.

4. A return Authorization Number ( RAN ) is sent with the returned item. This will be provided by a representitive of DDFC upon notification of the intention to return from the member.

5. The item have not been tampered with or altered in any way other than by the manufacturer.

6. The item is returned by secure method. ie sealed bag or box.

7. Members can exchange products on the basis of colour, size or style. The member will however pay for all shipping costs ( both the return and re sending ) for exchanges on this basis


FURTHER CONDITIONS

1. Deal Direct Fashion Club is referred to as DDFC in this and other documents. DDFC also refers to the web site that DDFC operates known as www.dealdirectfashionclub.com.au

2. DDFC reserves all rights to change or amend the terms and conditions of its web site at any time and without notice.

3. DDFC prices are controled by the $US exchange rate and Global Fuel Surcharges and as such may be changed at any time without notice.

4. DDFC has at all times copyright and ownership of its website including images layout & design.

5. DDFC does not control freight movement once the product has left its warehouse and as such does not assume any responsibility for non or late delivery by freight companies used to carry its products.

6. DDFC works closely with affiliates, but will not accept any resonsibility for any harm, damage or loss or other consequence caused or attributed to affiliates or anyone associated with them.

7. It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel his or her membership/subscription.  This responsibility does not at any time rest with DDFC.
